Pricing Structure for Image Use Fees

All photographs and text appearing in the Gil T Photography site are the exclusive property of Gil T Friedman and are protected under United States and international copyright laws. The photographs may not be reproduced, copied, stored, or manipulated without the written permission of Gil T Friedman. No images are within Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright.

Our fee structure is based on exact use. The guidelines below are for general price information. An exact price will be quoted by our office based on information supplied. To determine a final price we need to know:

1. Electronic or Print Use.
2. Size of image to be used.
3. Personal Use, Corporate Use, or Advertising Use.
4. Length of Display One time non exclusive, 1 month, six months, 1 year or other.
5. Size of Press Run if use is print.
6. If use is for web page than location of image ie. home page , front page or secondary linked page.
7. Uniqueness of the images requested.

1 x non-exclusive rights three month limit.
Add 25% for six month use and 50% for one year use and 100% for two year use.
